So apparently these guys want to sound as much like a carrot as possible... I'm not sure how to respond to that. Suffice to say Saturday Night Surgery is a nice punk-pop type band from the midlands. Now I want to start by saying that the music is pretty good. The guitar has nice punk pop type riffs which allows for nice listening. Then you have the solid bass work. The bass lines help make the guitar riffs sound a lttle more full as the one guitar sometimes has difficulty creating a wall of sound. The drums too are pretty cool, again nothing special but they're ok to listen too. Then we have the vocals, they are pretty typicaly of every punk pop band ever. And there's my complaint, these guys just feel to generic I feel like I have heard them a million times before. So yes your music is good, but its not very original and in the unsigned game originality is key. So please consider that on your next recording.
