Kelevra

Kelevra is a cool djentcore band with a sound reminiscent of gods like Veil of Maya and Born of Osiris, in other words they could very well be the next big thing on the progressive deathcore scene. With powerful thudding guitars that achieve a unique level of brutality their sound has a basis founded in trve djent. Yet there is a lot of variety in their music, even moreso than there is in a band like Veil of Maya. Kelevra goes everywhere at once, yet they manage to have focused music. The bass work is powerful and features a lot of those classy stuttery riffs. The drumming is extremely technical and shows a high level of skill in songs like Glenlivet which show off the drummers true genius. Finally we have the vocals, the growls are powerful, but not unique. They are well done and don't try to become br00t41iz3d so they have my approval. Their new EP is an excellent slab of djentcore that you will not regret listening too and will not fail to please you. My favorite song is the last one, Diversity. Their sound has truly developed but they stay excellent musicians. So go check them out!
