The Fevered

The Fevered are a very noisy grindcore band with a sound that goes above and beyond what modern ears can understand. Their music is fast, brutal and perfectly executed. It would be easy to come out and compare them to Pig Destroyer. Yet they have something more, something many grind acts can not claim. Their extended songs help to create deeper and more interesting pieces of work that show off the grinders talents. Yet the songs do not feel long, they are still executed in a way that they maintain the good old grind ferocity. This is a band that knows what they want to do and how they are going to do it. Before I wrap up, I'd like to point out that The Fevered have some really good vocals that show some very mature songwriting skills. They really get you thinking, one of the best in this regard is Mediate. In conclusion, The Fevered could very well represent the future of what grindcore will be. I certainly hope that they are.
