Now I'm covering a band called Ava Grace, they are pursuing a Post Hardcore sound and they succeed at it. The music these guys create is pure hardcore and has a great tone. It is well produced and a joy to listen too. These guys create a really nice, if not very original sound. Right that's my only issue with this group, they lack a very original sound, however the sound that they do create is really awesome. The guitars are loud and pure hardcore in style, they have some insane riffs and really impressive solos. The bass and the drums come together to form an excellent hardcore style rhythm section. The vocals are pretty good, they have an amazing death growl feel and they help to make an amazing sound and give a lot of power to the album. The lyrics seem pretty good, dark but as I am not the most qualified hardcore listener it's hard for me to pick out a lot of words. Still what I get is pretty good. All in all this is a pretty nice band with great if not very original sound.
