Machina Shogunate

Now I am reviewing some weird orchestral steampunk stuff ad it sounds really amazing. There is a powerful riffing guitar, an impressive synth, extremely well done drums and some vocals that are truly amazing and unique. The guitar has some riffs that are truly impressive, the guitar is never truly overpowering but it gives the sound an incredible feel and makes the music sound a lot more aggressive feeling. The synthesizer is really good. It adds a hugely symphonic feel to the music and makes the band sound truly epic. Really it's the synth that makes this band so unique, it gives them an amazingly full sound and creates whole worlds. Without this synth this band would be nothing. That is not to say the other instruments serve no purpose. The guitar is great at accentuating and the drums are also cool. The drums are typically very light but they play a clear role in driving the music forward in its own unique way. The vocals are extremely beautiful and they add a feel to the sound that is amazing. I mean when I listen to this girl sing I feel like I am soaring over some foreign land and looking down upon it. Actually I feel like I am riding a dragon in an anime. Overall this is a sick band with a sound that I reallly like and I could listen to all day.
OVERALL 9.5/10
