Killing Rewine is an epic feeling rock band tinged with powerful emotions that make the music very poignant and beautiful. Their music is often very sad and the minor key melodies are very strong. In many ways it is almost emo in that it uses mostly acoustic instruments with some really depressing melodies. Yet the songs tend to be a bit less angsty and mall core-like. All the songs are put together very well and often have a progressive vibe to them. In particular the song Who I Am shows off some of the best songwriting on their album. Overall the parts are not to technical yet I feel like a lot more is said in the structures and compositions than you could ever get out of sheer technicality. So go check out Killing Rewine, their beautiful music will blow you away!
