A DMT inspired band from my ancestral home of Toulouse Dimitree is a strange metallic hardcore band who have create a sound that is powerful, disturbing, and unique. Here is a band who are creating something strange and new, with explosive guitar parts and a wholehearted desperation that adds flavor to songs like Ultraviolet. Their new EP Nine Lives is a testament to the bands excellence, showing their technical chops stretched to the max. Toss in a guest appearance from a member of legendary Toulouse act Eryn Non Dae and you have yourself a record that is unique and powerful. The thing is that Dimitree are not afraid of doing their own thing and the way they explode into your ears is both impressive and soul shattering.
