Lovesick Saints are the sort of punk rock band that you simply have to enjoy. If you like any sort of rock and roll music with loud guitars, punchy choruses and fun vocal lines, well then, looks like Lovesick Saints is something you should listen too. Filled with songs that will have you singing along from the first listen, Lovesick Saints have crafted something truly special with their new record Dia De Los Muertos. Punk rock for kids who love to bop and sing along to their favorite songs in the car, there isn't much more I can say about these guys. See, Lovesick Saints perfectly get at the spirit of bands like Bad Religion and Pennywise, wholly enjoyable, yet also with something deeper, more intelligent that allows you to really dig in and find enlightenment. Sure, Dia De Los Muertos is just an EP, but it speaks to the potential triumph of this band, if these 22 minutes of music are so excellent, then who knows what the future will hold for one of the most promising bands to come out of Arizona in years!
